የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ቡናና ቅመም ባለሥልጣን መስሪያ አዋጅ

This Proclamation establishes the South Ethiopia Coffee & Spice Authority as an autonomous government agency responsible for regulating, promoting, and developing the coffee and spice sector in the South Ethiopia Regional State.

ይህ አዋጅ የደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ቡናና ቅመም ባለሥልጣንን በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልላዊ መንግሥት ውስጥ የቡናና ቅመም ምርትን ለማስተዳደር፣ ለማስተዋወቅ እና ለማዳበር ተጠሪ ራስ ገዝ የመንግሥት ተቋም ሆኖ ያቋቁመዋል።

This Proclamation defines the specific powers, duties, and functions of the Authority, including regulatory powers, quality control, market development, and research responsibilities.

ይህ አዋጅ የባለሥልጣኑን የተለየ ስልጣን፣ ኃላፊነት እና ተግባር፣ ማስተዳደር ስልጣን፣ ጥራት ቁጥጥር፣ ገበያ ልማት እና የምርምር ኃላፊነት ጨምሮ ይገልፃል።

Amendment Proclamation to Proclamation No. 123/2022

ለቁጥር 123/2022 አዋጅ የማሻሻያ አዋጅ

This Proclamation amends certain provisions of the establishment proclamation to enhance the Authority's operational efficiency and align with regional development goals.

ይህ አዋጅ የባለሥልጣኑን የስራ ውጤታማነት ለማሻሻል እና ከክልላዊ ልማት ግቦች ጋር ለማጣጣም የመስሪያ አዋጁን አንዳንድ ድንጋጌዎችን ያሻሽላል።
